Charged 8.51 on credit card. When I called, I talked with Alice, she tried to explain that I signed up on the internet and I could use services (I couldn't understand what she was saying). I asked to have the account cancelled and she said she would do that. When I asked to have my card credited, the call was disconnected. read full review »
