My husband ordered a product by phone in February and was offered a bunch of "extra" stuff that he refused repeatedly. The agent kept pushing him and pushing him and my husband told him then and there that he did not want anything except what he ordered. He got a really bad taste in his mouth so he called the credit card company and explained the conversation he had and they recommended he cancel the card and get a new one so he did.
