I am a former employee of Sleep Country USA. I would like people to know that they are one of the worst employers out there. Once you are hired they own your time. Often times employees are required to work eleven hour shifts. Eleven hours is a long day. It is even longer when you are required to work alone from open to close, which constitutes an eleven hour day at Sleep Country.
