Shopping at Kohls.com has been the most harrowing experience I have had with any retailer's website and customer service. It started with Black Friday when the website shut down...guess do to over abundance of shoppers. I never did get all I had set out to order. Went to Penneys site instead. But that is not the worst of it. I have been trying to order more from for 3 days. Now says I am locked out cause of too many failed attempts! Duh! Guess who's fault that is?
