I have a mortgage with Bank of America. I originally purchased my home with my bf. We split, and I did a qualified assumption, releasing him of all liability, and re-closed on my home. Three years later, Bank of America reverted my mortgage back to it's original state, with my ex boyfriend on it! They have no explanation and their customer service was horredous.
