We paid off all Medical debts with West Assest Managements. They still have not reported to the credit bureaus. Every day I call them, and they say they have reported the items as paid. All Credit Bureau's deny that they have received any documentation from West Asset Management. I have asked for receipts to be fax'd and they say they will but never do. I have been hung up on. Yelled at. Been lied to. Even the supervisors are rude and make promises they do not keep. Take this company to court. read full review »
