My mother in law has been with this bank, with this branch since 1952. We've been having problems with them for 5 years now. They add no support for the customer. We have continuous deposits every Monday. During the week our account was charged $108 NSF penalty and a UAF penalty and our account was not overdrawn. The following day, after these charges Plus less than $100 of our own expenses, were were over drawn, and then charged another $144 NSF charges for less than $100 of our own charges.
