I ordered a coat off their web site last November (2009) for a Christmas present for my wife. The coat shows up in a color different than the web site shows and in a cheep looking "napa" finish. I call to send it back and they say I can only get store credit...NO REFUNDS. I have them send another style coat. My wife tries it on and it is way to small and the sleeves are not sown on the same. Same story..NO REFUNDS only store "credit" that is only good for items on line that are not on sale. You can not use it in their store... read full review »
