A group of friends came with me on a Saturday night to get a lane for bowling. While I was talking with the receptionist at the main desk, the employee who I was talking to, turned around and answered the phone. This was done without saying anythig along the lines of "Please hole, " "I need to get this, " or anything else to inform me that the phone was more important than the customer at the desk.
