What a joke. We purchased a Philippe Richard knife set from JC pennys for Christmas. What a piece of junk. The steak knifes slide across the meat and it is impossible to cut any type of meat with them. The scissors I put in the dishwasher and they cracked on both sides to where I am afraid to use them or worry about a piece breaking off and getting into some of the food.
