What actions and/or rights can consumers take against this "Bank". All of the complaints cited previously have been my experience so I will not reiterate verbatim. I am trying to work with them but they are unwilling to work with the consumer. When I asked one CSR to connect me with someone who could make some decisions because I had rights as a consumer, he responded with "SO WHAT". I asked him to repeat that, which of course, he did.
