Between the months of Sept. 2009 and Mar. 2010 I received via UPS a refurbished 2007 version of a Dell desktop computer. From the moment I opened the box I was extremely disappointed. The quality of product & model type of what I received was not reflected in thier advertisement, not even close the model in the add was far newer and showed a tower setup CPU, this thing was a square flat box which the monitor sat on pot.
