I was shopping for last minute gifts on Xmas Eve at the Apex store. Very busy, as I expected, so that wasn't a problem. However it seemed the store was severely understaffed. The jewelry dept. was swamped with customers lined up all around the counters waiting for assistance. There was a person who, I guess I would assume, was a store manager or something, who was telling employees to straighten up the work area before helping the next customers...????? Employees were doing their best, but you could feel the tension in the air. It was so stressful and unpleasant that I walked out went to Target, next door, and bought my stuff there. read full review »
