My daughter placed an order on their website on Dec 22nd. She paid an extra $28.14 for 2 day air shipping. They shipped the package so it will arrive on December 28th, not in time for Christmas. There was nothing during the checkout process that indicated she would not receive the package in time, at least by the 26th (you would think, at the very latest). When I called to find out about the mistake, the owner Jeff yelled at me and said it was my fault. His customer service was the worst I have experienced.
