I purchased a yorkie puppy for 2239.00 on 12/1/2009 and the puppy was going to be shipped via airplane on 12/6/2009. My father had a stroke and I had to cancel, as it was not a good time to bring home a puppy. I called on 12/4/2009 to cancel and I was sent a refund form to fill out.
