I used to be an user of verizon wireless, so did my husband and lots of other friends. Besides very bad customer service, they are big liars. Once we saw those commercial on TV, showing the coverage of ATT, which is a lie, we could not stand anymore and canceled our contract with Verizon wireless. Just to check, I moved first and signed up with AT&T, and I am loving it. Great customer service, much better coverage (I could not even get signal with verizon in my work place in Manhattan). I ended up convincing everyone around me to change to AT&T. We are all happy now. Keep lying and we will convince even more customer out of your network. read full review »
