Did you know that by just upgrading your FIOS internet speed RESTARTS a new contract. The VIOS rep may fail to tell you that. Just a simple upgrade in your internet speed restarts another year contract. THE REP NEVER TOLD ME THIS... WHAT A RIP OFF. I only found that this out when I was planning to drop FIOS service, deceptive practice.
