I have booked my flight for my family with Travelocity and to my amazement I found out they do not take any responsibility for bad service. I talked to several agents in India, who have no clue on what is going on in the US they told me that due to a storm the air lines are closed!!! I lost my flight and was redirected to a terrible flight with young children, flying with 2 extra stops and arriving after midnight.
