The applebees on richmond rd in lexington ky needs serious improvement there were seats open and we were told to wait then we were sat at the table we had pointed to as being open we sat for 20 mins and not even one server came by to get our order I personally had to ask for the manager who took our order and then the server came up and asked what we would like. I have worked in restaurants before and I understand when there is a rush but to have people who have been seated after us in the same section served before myself and them not be that busy is ridiculous. I will not be eating here again and its sad because its my favorite restaurant. read full review »
