21 years under contract with ORKIN for termiate and moisture control -- when my contractor came out and pulled the carpeting from my living room floor and the linoleum from my kitchen floor - he found the subflooring and joists COMPLETELY DESTROYED BY TERMITE DESTRUCTION and MOISTURE.
