Lowe's service advantage program is pretty much a complete waste of money. I have a Husqvarna riding mower that is less than 2 years old and still covered by manufacturer warranty. Lowe's doesn't even properly know who should be repairing the mower. They pretty quickly had it picked up where it sat at one company for three weeks and I heard nothing, not a peep.
