I've just spet about an hour on the phone with NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY. They wanted me to pay the bill they sent even when I told them that I didn't have a thing from Columbia House and I had canceled with them and sent back anything they sent me. Leonard wanted me to make 3 easy payments any way and when told no I wouldn't do that he didn't want to talk to me any more. I asked for a supervisor and he told me bye but still hung up on me.
