Experienced bad reaction to skin products and tried to cancel any additional orders that maybe shipped. My first order was in February- It is now the middle of May and I have cancelled several ways and several times and still continue to get billed from this company. I have spent more time on the phone and email with this company than I care to admit. They finally stopped sending the product, but still charge me for it.
