CitiM0rtgage notified me March 19, 2010 that there was an escrow shortage for my account, #0771430763. I challenged the shortage and resultant increase in my mortgage pament (from $1387.77 to 1471.27 or 115.64). After speaking with a customer service rep twice and faxing my challenge letter three times I was simply told that my escrow was short.
