This company uses dirty tricks to delay sending refunds when the warranty is cancelled, I sent all papers, pictures and info they requested including 2 pictures of my odometer that showed the miles. They recieved everything on April 8, 2010, on April 19, 2010 they claimed I never sent them the odometer info and when I told them I sent pictures of it the lady there took all of 3 seconds to look down and said " oh, I have the pictures right here, I'm sorry.
