I have no clue where directv gets off saying their number one in customer service. I've had nothing but trouble.First, their service is a joke.Every time I've had a problem(and there have been many) I can't get in touch with anyone.I have gone through 9 dvr boxes and 12 remotes.They even sent me a brand new Dvr box that didn't work at all.They have even put charges on my bill that weren't even mine and then argue with me, even though they have my account pulled up on the computer and could see i didn't owe that charge. They claim that even though they made the mistake you are still responsible to pay it. read full review »

My father had an auto loan through Nuvell. He passed away last June.At the time of his passing he had already payed off half of the loan. I contacted them about his passing.I was told that since the car was half payed that they would allow me to keep the car.I had to just keep up with the payments.
