Company based in Newark, NJ. Made an appointment with them and confirmed the pickup time to make my flight at Newark Liberty International Airport. After 5 and 10 minutes past the pickup time, I called the company and no one picked up. I left voice messages and eventually sent an e-mail to inquire if there was a problem. 2 weeks later, still no reply and I had to call around to the different car services in the area to find someone else to take me to the airport (which I was able to).
