Nationwide Home Warranty is a huge SCAM and FRAUD! Do NOT give them your money. You will never see a repair or a refund of any kind. I have spent countless hours on the phone holding, listening to their lies, being hung up on, etc. They are never in during their "normal" business hours. It's somewhat reassuring to know there are people trying to pull together for a class action lawsuit. The only thing this company does is LIE and I think it's a pre-req for all their employees.
