I'm so tired of old people being nasty for no reason. I work in retail and when someone comes in to complain, I'm supposed to find out the problem and direct it to the right person. This older woman came in the other day and said she had a complaint. I asked her what it was about and right away she got pissy with me and said "I don't want to repeat it twice, get me a manager!"
