Ripped off again at Tire Kingdom! I took my 2001 Lexus RX300 to Tire Kingdom to get the oil & filter changed and an alignment as I purchased a three year alignment policy about 1 year ago. Twice in the past the slack ass techs had changed the oil and not the filter. Since the first time the filter was not changed, I ALWAYS marked the filter BEFORE I took the car in for an oil change and it happened again.
