I have contacted x-box 360 customer service now 5 times since the end of Oct 09. I have been trying to get a 3 pronged power cord sent to us. Every time I called back a service rep told me there was a problem processing the order and it will be 2-3 wks for delivery. The last 3 times I've called I have been transferred to a resolution specialist who cannot provide a resolution. They tell you the option is to place another order and wait another 2-3 wks.
