The guy from wcs lending called me. His name is Zaya Essapour. He acts like a child. First he offered me a very low rate and tells me there are no lender costs and tells me that he is going to be very honest with me during the process and nobody can offer me the rate he is offering. Then he sends me an email with the rate we talked on the phone along with some lender costs.
