I bought 2 watches to this company. Both of them are absolutly different with the pictures on its web (in which FAQ they say "all pictures displayed at our online replica watch store are actual pictures of our Japanese replica watches offered for sale"). I requested its exchange (like they offer in its own "refund policy"), but they simply say "NO".
