Bought Carpet from Empire a year ago for our bedroom. Started shedding within 30 days. Had A rep from Empire Direct come out and said it was normal. Carpet continued to shed and they sent a rep from an "independent" outside inspection company. Rep came out, totally full of s#@%. Took samples, and while leaving he said "what I found is going to make you very happy". He said he would call within 48 hours.
