I also bought a magazine from Top Sales and couldn't get in touch with them for awhile. But I called a while back and got a return call. The new office manager explained that the office manager before her was not calling customers back or processing the orders so she was the reason no one was getting called or their magazines. She put my order in and gave me a date for when they would be delivered. I got my magazine yesterday. So I don't think they are a scam. I think they just had bad people working for them.
