On May 7th, a charge was made to my debit card from Preplogic in the amount of $499.00 for an upgraded training program that I did not authorize. I filed a complaint with my bank to investigate the charge after the bank informed me that the transaction could not be reversed. After numerous phone calls I was told by Michelle B. (Preplogic Accounting Department) that they(Preplogic) would refund my money back to my account if I filled out and returned additional paperwork.
