On 5/7, we placed an order for mother's day flowers to be delivered. According to their website, "Same day FTD flowers delivery offer applies to online flowers delivered within the U.S. and Canada if placed before 12 noon Mon-Sat." So we requested to have them delivered on 5/7. Well, no flowers have been delivered up to today (5/13). I have called them numerous times and keep getting the order center.
