I placed an order online with JCPenney on April 24, 2010. I signed up for "Stonebridge Benefit Services" that would provide me with a $10 rebate and discounts on other products. The materials were supposed to be mailed in 48 hours. It has now been 3 weeks and nothing has arrived. The first month was supposed to be free. If the materials don't arrive in that time, what good is it???
