The 2003 Ford Taurus that I bought almost 3 years ago had a spring suddenly snap (break) causing the tire to be punctured on the front drivers side of the vehicle. I have had 3 mechanics tell me that this is a common problem on the Ford Taurus. My car is unsafe to drive now and sits parked in front of my residence. The cost of the repairs (replacing both springs and the struts) along with the wheel alignment is just over $1400.00. My car has 104K miles on it but I do not think that the mileage should have anything to do with this costly... read full review »
