I was having trouble making payments at one point due to personal issues and they were calling and haressing me constantly as everyone else complains about, even when I tried to make arrangements and do the right thing. I sent a letter telling them not to call me at work because I was going to lose my job if they continued. According to the law they were then supposed to cease and desist calling me at work.
