We entered into a Sales Contract for a hangar home in a gated community in Texas. All indications from Provident were that the loan would be easy as we had a previous relationship with Provident Funding. We had a 45 day escrow. Provident advised us on day 44 that they would not be able to fund the property due to its unusual nature.
