They make you pay up front and do nothing to help you. They change case specialists every time you call and do nothing to resolve your situation. Their tax specialists can't even fill out forms properly and end up costing you more in taxes than you owed to begin with. They fail to communicate with you and then are wishy-washy when you call. Their charges are astronomical! Stay away from this company like it is the black death. I thought I could trust this company but it is BAD Business all the way through. read full review »
