I order Turtle books through Yoli & Associates of Michigan City, Indiana back in November 2009 and have yet to receive anything from them. After speaking to a customer service representative named Scott in May of 2010 he assured me the publisher had been sending the magazines with no complaints. I checked with my local post office and there were no returned magazines. By the way, I've been receiving mail at my current address for 3 years with no complaints.
