On the 7th of May I ordered flowers on line from Blooms N Roses Flowers and Gifts, that were to be delivered the next day. On the 10th of May I called to enquier why they were not delivered (they were for mothers day) and the "owner" stated he has to launch an investigation and will contact me within 48 hrs. (I didn't quite understand how hard it would have been to call a delivery man). On Thursday the 13th, i called again and again he said he was still investigating and could not give me a refund.
