THEY KILLED MY PERSIAN KITTY!!! My kitty went into have a routine procedure and was pronounced dead only after 4 hours of delivery of my pet. After I got the call from the doctor, I was appalled to find out that there was additional charges for "trying to save her life" on top of the cremation and burying of my pet. I asked for copies of the Doctors notes and was further upset to find out that recorded on the records that they had "difficulty" just placing an intubation tube.
