Our company ships LTL on a daily basis. Freightquote.com does not perform as a professional group. They change delivery zip codes, weights add accessorial charges for basic stuff. On occasion, issues can be resolved through complaints, but who has time to complain on a constant basis. Generally, less than half of the quotes are actually billed at the price quoted. We have had the same customer service rep. for several years. Recently, I received a phone call from another customer service rep. to see what could be done to get more of our business.
