I too am in the same situation that I have been reading online. I bought my furniture from ROOM STORE in San antonio. 5219 Dezavala Rd. 78249. My sales person is Graciela. The furniture arrived last Wednesday it was incomplete when the delivery person who came to my door read me the order, and there was a sweaty man sitting on my couch in the truck when I looked in (the couch was not covered with plastic or anything).
