I, too, was scammed by this company! Ordered and paid through PayPal for a magazine subscription that I never received. Contacted customer service after about 3 months and was told my order had gone through and they did not know why I wasn't receiving it yet. Hmm? Now phone number, website, and email address is no longer valid! And of course it's past the 45 day limit to dispute a claim on PayPal. I did learn, however, that you should go ahead and open the dispute and escalate it to a claim through PayPal. They will "close"... read full review »
