I have recently called my DISH service and found that I had mis-dialed (1-800-686-2388 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-800-686-2388 end_of_the_skype_highlighting insteadd of 1-888-686-2388 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-888-686-2388 end_of_the_skype_highlighting).
