I am complaining against www.ineedhits.com I tried to purchase their SEO service for $ 500 plus. They sent me an agreement thru email but did not sign it as i did not agree with the terms. Now, im asking for a refund since the service did not commence anyway, but they said they cant instead, in house credit. i dont want to have an in house credit as i have already tried their other services but was not satisfied.
